These general terms and conditions apply to competitions held by Casino.org and are to be read in conjunction with the Specific Competition Terms and Conditions (the âSpecific Competition T&Csâ) found below, and the website Terms and Conditions that can be found here: https://www.casino.org/terms-of-service/ (the âWebsite T&Csâ).
Where there are any inconsistencies with the Website T&Cs in relation to the conduct of the competition, these terms and conditions, together with the Specific Competition T&Cs, shall prevail. Where there are any inconsistencies between these terms and conditions and the Specific Competition T&Cs, the Specific Competition T&Cs shall prevail.
The Promoter
The promoter of the Competition is Casino.org (the âPromoterâ).
Entry
No purchase necessary. Entry is made online only via the Casino.org website via registering for a membership with Casino.org Internet access is required.
By submitting a competition entry, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and the applicable Specific Competition T&Cs for the relevant competition.
Unless otherwise stated in the Specific Competition T&Cs, entry to a competition is limited to a one entry per person basis. Any duplicate, 3rd party, or scripted entries may result in suspension or disqualification. The Promoter reserves all rights to disqualify you if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the competition.
Eligibility
Unless otherwise stated in the Specific Competition T&Cs, competitions are open to residents of the United States, aged 21 or over only, excluding employees of any entity that owns or operates Casino.org, their families, or agents, businesses or anyone else professionally connected with a competition and/or the Promoter.
It is the responsibility of residents to understand the laws applicable to you in your relevant country, state, city and/or town and to comply with the same in relation to the entry into a competition.
Odds
You are not guaranteed to win the prize and your chance of winning is dependent on the total number of eligible entries received.
Prize
Prizes will be paid in line with the Specific Competition T&Câs. There is no option for you to be paid in another way. The prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable.
Prizes are subject to availability. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prizes for an alternative of equal or greater value as it deems appropriate.
Winner Selection and Notification
Unless specified otherwise in the Specific Competition T&Câs, entrants will be entered into a random draw to select the winners of competition prizes.
The Promoterâs decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to any competition, and no correspondence shall be entered into.
Unless otherwise stated in the Specific Competition T&Câs, the winner will be contacted within five (5) working days of the closing date of the relevant competition, and the winner will be required to respond to accept the prize and provide details within 48 hours of initial contact.
The Promoter will make all reasonable efforts to contact the winner via email. If the winner cannot be contacted or is not available, the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible entrant randomly selected from the draw.
Verification
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants including, but not limited to, age and residency. The Promoter may require such information as it considers reasonably necessary for this purpose and a prize may be withheld unless and until the Promoter is satisfied with the verification.
Disqualification
The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant it reasonably believes is not eligible to enter a competition, is attempting to fraudulently enter, cheat, or compromise the system either by technical means (e.g., scripting or automation), or manual means (e.g. creation of multiple accounts per entrant).
No responsibility is accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed or as a result of any network, computer hardware or software failure of any kind. Proof of submitting responses will not be accepted as proof of entry into a competition.
Data Protection
You acknowledge and agree that, by entering a competition, the Promoter shall collect, process and store your personal data including your first and last name, your email address, and your location, for the administration of its ongoing relationship with you as an entrant and in connection with the relevant competition, fulfilment of our legal and regulatory obligations, and ensuring that you have satisfied legislative requirements regarding the threshold age for gambling and participating in the competition.
If you are chosen as a winner, the Promoter may also be required to process personal information such as your passport or identification documents and your PayPal email address as part of its verification processes and to make the payment of your prize.
If you have opted in, entrants may also receive marketing communications via email and may unsubscribe to these emails at any time. Personal data may also be collected and stored by our business partners involved in the provision of the gamification service displayed on the website.
Publicity
If you are the winner of a competition, you agree that the Promoter may use your name, image, town and/or county of residence to announce the winner of the relevant competition, whether on the website or on the websiteâs social media accounts, and for any other reasonable and related promotional purposes, or as required under any applicable law.
The winners may also be required to participate in any reasonable publicity arising from the Competition, such as the publication of the information and the images submitted as part of you undertaking the competition.
Ownership of submissions
All competition entities from all participants, as well as all content and material submitted by the winner to the Promoter will become the property of the Promoter on receipt and will not be returned.
The winner agrees that any content generated by the tasks undertaken during a competition will become the property of the Promoter on receipt and may be used by the Promoter on the website.
General Terms
There are no commercial associations between Casino.org and any brand featured in this article. Trademark rights and copyrights relating to the brands featured on this page belong to their respective owner(s), which are not associated with or affiliated with Casino.org in any way and did not license rights or authorise or sponsor this article.
The Promoter, its agents or distributors will not, in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any damage, loss, personal injury or death suffered by any entrant entering a competition or as a result of accepting or participating in any prize. Nothing shall exclude the Promoterâs liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence.
If for any reason a competition is not capable of running as planned for reasons including but not limited to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of such competition, the Promoter reserves the right (subject to any written directions given under applicable law) to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process and to terminate, modify or suspend the competition.
If an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these terms and conditions, the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation.
The Promoterâs decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to these terms and conditions and/or any competition, and no correspondence shall be entered into. If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in a competition. The Promoter reserves the right to hold, void, suspend, cancel or amend a competition where it becomes necessary to do so.
The validity, interpretation, performance and enforcement of these terms and conditions shall be governed by the internal laws of the state of New York without regard to its choice of law rules. The parties hereby agree to waive their right to have any dispute between them resolved in a court of law by a judge or jury.

The Competition
To win one of the below winning prizes:
1 winner for a trip to Las Vegas, Nevada worth a cash value of $3,000 maximum organised by the winner.
25 winners of a merchandise box consisting of 4 casino.org branded items worth an estimated cash value of $100.
100 winners of an exclusive Stake bonus code worth an estimated cash value of $50.
Competition Period
Entrance opens from 8am EST on September 1st, 2025 (âOpening Dateâ) and closes at 11pm on October 10th (âClosing Dateâ) unless the Promoter gives notice on its website to extend the Competition Closing Date.
To Enter
To enter, you must complete the online application on the competition page.
Entry is limited to a one entry per person basis. Any duplicate, 3rd party, or scripted entries may result in suspension or disqualification.
Novelty Bets
The novelty bet selection process at https://www.casino.org/us/casino-world-record/ functions as an alternative means of directing you to the online application on the competition page for the purposes of entering the Competition. Any novelty bet selections made are strictly for entertainment purposes and will not change or influence the selection of the winners of the Competition. The winners of the Competition will be selected randomly and independent of the actual novelty bet selections made at https://www.casino.org/us/casino-world-record/.
The winner and the prize
The winner will be selected at random.
The winner will be contacted within five (5) business days of the Closing Date. You will be required to confirm your acceptance of the prize within 48 hours of receipt of initial contact.
Failure to respond within the specified deadlines will result in your prize being forfeited. The Promoter will make all reasonable efforts to contact the winner by email. If the winner cannot be contacted, is not available, or it is found that they are ineligible for the prize, the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible entrant randomly selected from the draw.
Prize Delivery
Once you have confirmed your acceptance in accordance with paragraph 3 above, the winner and the Promoter will arrange suitable dates for the trip via email. The winner will organise travel and accommodation arrangements and submit suggested bookings to the Promoter for approval (such approval not to be unreasonably withheld). All travel will be standard economy the aggregate cost of travel and accommodation is capped at $2,000.
The winner will require to book and pay for the travel and accommodation and the Promoter will reimburse expenses for travel and accommodation (including all applicable taxes) on a pay and reclaim basis subject to the winner providing receipts or other acceptable proof of payment.
Subject to acceptance of the prize, the Promoter will pay $1,000 to the winner no earlier than 10 days prior to the travel date to be used for ancillary expenses directly connected to the trip including but not limited to food and drink. The winner agrees to provide receipts of such expenses.
Without prejudice to clause 6.c, payment of cash prizes will be made on a date agreed between the winner and the Promoter and shall be paid via PayPal only. There is no option for you to be paid in another way.
The exclusive Stake bonus code is subject to all applicable laws and licensing restrictions. You may be required to open an account with our partner operator to utilize the prize. There will be no alternative prize or cash alternative offered in the event you cannot or will not open an account with our partner operator.
The prize(s) may be taxable depending on the applicable laws in your country of residence. It is your own responsibility to report the winning amount or cash equivalent to the tax authorities in your own country if you are required to do so. If there is an obligation on the part of the Promoter, it will be taken care of before the relevant tax authorities in accordance with applicable laws.
Other
The winner will have until September 1, 2026 to travel/complete prize.
The winner will be provided with the prize by the Promoter.
The winner will be required to be willing to be named for publicity purposes, with use of photo and first name.
Miscellaneous
The Promoter requires 111 entrants or more to proceed with this Competition, and reserves the right to cancel the Competition if this minimum is not met.
Please note that the Promoter is not responsible for the accessibility or availability of any of the required venues. The Promoter shall be entitled to amend or change the terms of the competition where reasonably required to do so. If there are any fees or expenses required or paid by the winner which are in excess of the competition prize, the winner shall be solely responsible for those and will not be entitled to any reimbursement of such fees or expenses by the Promoter.
