Now, I’m a big slots guy, so I enjoyed this aspect of Spinfinite. However, I feel the need to dock a full point of the score here because it’s nice to have options and variety. Without any table games, live dealer games, variety titles, or anything besides slots, Spinfinite limits its offering and risks alienating players who like other games. 

I’m hopeful the Spinfinite library will continue to grow and add new types of games. For now, though, it gets the job done.

Security is a big part of our review process. I research every sweepstakes casino I review and seek out indicators that it’s safe to use. While Spinfinite has some places to improve its security and transparency, I’m happy to report it’s a reputable and legitimate site. 

The telltale signs of a legitimate sweepstakes casino are its structure (two virtual currencies, redemptions, etc.) and the presence of trusted game developers. I also look for any red flags like unfamiliar payment providers, strange terms and conditions, or allowed states that typically prohibit sweepstakes sites. Spinfinite displayed none of these red flags, and user reviews across the internet further supported the site’s reputation. 

Why the one-point dock, then? I’d like to see a little more from Spinfinite, particularly by way of game fairness. I trust that the games are fair because, as mentioned, they’re from reputable providers. However, many sweepstakes casinos these days will have a third party testing agency confirm that their games are fair. Spinfinite has yet to indicate it does this, and I’d really like it as a final stamp of approval.

In a perfect world, you’d never have to contact Spinfinite’s customer service team. The unfortunate reality, though, is that problems can arise. How a sweepstakes casino deals with those issues is a big part of our review process. I tested Spinfinite’s customer service options and found them serviceable, but lacking overall. 

First, I visited the FAQ. This is always my first stop for customer support. Spinfinite has a solid list of common questions, but the answers are so vague that they’re basically the opposite of helpful. For example, the question “What Kind of Games Can I Play On Spinfinite” has this answer:

“Spinfinite offers a wide variety of games, including slots, table games, and more, providing an exciting and diverse gaming experience.”

It’s just false. Spinfinite does not offer table games, despite the FAQ clearly saying it does. This kind of limited or straight-up incorrect information is littered throughout the FAQ. 

On a slightly more positive note, Spinfinite has a funny list of “Infrequently Asked Questions” with cute responses. They don’t offer any actual insights, but they’re silly enough to be worth a mention. 

Outside of the FAQ, Spinfinite has a customer support email address: [email protected]. It’s listed underneath the “Infrequently Asked Questions,” so it can be hard to find. I emailed the address asking whether Spinfinite accepted PayPal for purchases. I received a response in about 24 hours saying Spinfinite doesn’t accept PayPal. It was helpful enough. 

Without live chat, phone support, or a better FAQ, Spinfinite’s customer service needs some serious work.

Spinfinite doesn’t have a dedicated iOS or Android App. It's hard to knock it for that, considering many top sweepstakes casinos have the same design. WOW Vegas, for example, is among the best sweepstakes casinos operating today, and it doesn’t have an app. 

I played Spinfinite on mobile for an hour or so via mobile browser, and it worked like a dream. The menus were intuitive and clearly designed with mobile users in mind. Everything loaded within a handful of seconds, though occasional speed dips did occur. 

The games looked great on mobile too. Overall, my only possible complaints would be the slow loading times (which were infrequent) and the lack of a dedicated app.
